This lovely five-bedroom house overlooking Exuma’s Tar Bay needed a facelift—a daunting task in Exuma because of the lack of local know-how and the logistics of getting the correct materials on the island. The house is currently being fully refurbished, with all-new hardwood decks and a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. One of the biggest challenges has been that this is a rental property with certain deadlines because there are renters staying at different times.

Our logistics and scheduling have been rigorous in keeping up to date with everything to be able to hand over the property every time it’s rented, cleaned and functional.
