In the main house, the swimming pool was completely rebuilt, along with the shower in the master bathroom. All ground-floor flooring and openings were replaced. As part of the new construction, a 900-square-foot entertainment
center was built, designed to function either as a fully air-conditioned space or open to the surrounding nature. It features a large island, a barbecue area, and the standout element: a pizza oven, perfect for entertaining guests.
Additionally, a new outdoor bathroom was built, along with a new knife-edge pool with an integrated spa. The project also included the addition of a carport and entirely new driveways throughout the property.
