Osprey is a wholly Bahamian-owned, family-run construction company. Since 1980, our promise has been simple: deliver the highest quality finishes, on budget and on schedule, on any island in The Bahamas.
Phillip Whitehead joined the company in 2008, and Osprey is now entering its third generation of family ownership.
Over more than four decades, we have grown from a Nassau contracting firm into one of the most capable builders in the country, with completed projects across New Providence, Exuma, Eleuthera, Abaco and Grand Bahama — private homes, hotels, offices and full island developments.

Meet the team behind Osprey
We maintain our own experienced teams for key construction activities and can mobilise people and equipment to any island — from a beachfront home in Eleuthera to an 800-room hotel renovation on Paradise Island.
